Important information for billers:
QR-bills, or QR payment parts as the document is now called, completely replace the conventional inpayment slips (red/orange). Incompletely filled in QR payment parts – i.e. those where the details of the bill recipient are missing – generate higher fees when paying at the post office counter. In concrete terms, CHF 0.84 per payment is incurred in these cases, in addition to the usual counter deposit fees. These fees are usually charged to the payee. Therefore, if possible, do not use blank QR payment parts, but generate complete receipts, QR payment parts or QR bills, with QR Module.
