The process fee is calculated at a maximum of 1 per day. This means that in the case of multiple orders on the same day (e.g. for online shop orders), the additional orders are processed without a processing surcharge.

We charge a flat rate of CHF 15.00 per order for processing postal returns (e.g. due to invalid addresses), plus CHF 0.10 per letter, plus postage.
